Vegan Almond cookies, gluten free

Total time – 30 mins
1.5 cup almond flour
5 tbsp coconut oil
6 tbsp agave syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
1. Add to the flour the baking powder, salt and mix well
2.Add coconut oil ( melted), syrup, vanilla extract. The dough should be thick like a clay, so you can make little forms out of it.Add oil if needed to glue the dough.
3. Bake in pre – heated oven for about 8-10 min at 180 C..
Important : keep an eye while baking, as cookies can be easily burned.
Serve the cookies with tea or coffee and enjoy!
