Ingredients

1/2 cup sprouted wheat

1/2 cup sprouted buckwheat

2-3 tbsp raspberries ( fresh/frozen)

3 tbsp blueberries ( fresh/frozen)

Super foods:

1 tsp chia seeds

3 tbsp walnuts

1 tbsp coconut syrup (any organic syrup you have/like)

Instructions

1. In case you use frozen berries, make sure to take them out of freezer at least 5-6 hrs to obtain the room temperature.

2. Mix all ingredients well.
